We handcut special sizes and shapes. Short cuts, made with only coarse semolina and eggs are also available. Traditional egg only.  Special requests possible.  Pricing follows:

Short Cuts:   Rigatoni, Ziti a& Fusilli   4.99 lb

Fresh vegetables, herbs and spices are introduced to create unique, yet traditional, Italian pasta flavors.   Availability changes daily.  Please call 48 hours in advance to ensure we have what you need. Only cut in Linguine or Fettuccine.
