Caciocavallo: Super tasty summer snacking cheese from Sicily.
Reypenaer VSOP Cheese: High quality Dutch Aged Gouda, 2 years, nutty. One of the worlds finest.
Pancetta Pepato:  Cured Pork Belly, left flat and cured between marble slabs. Seasoned with italian herbs, pepper, and sugar.  A bit of a cross between guanciale and traditional rolled pancetta.
Vella Special Dry Monterey Jack. The closest the States (Cali) can come to Parmigiano Reggiano.  Many cheese  experts do consider it close. Special Select complements the flavor of fruits and wine and is excellent with pasta entrees.
Vella Asiago Pepato:  Another wonderful sharp california cheese studded with peppercorns.


Olio Verde Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2009.
  One we've been waiting for. Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, entirely estate Grown by Gianfranco Becchina. Unfiltered and produced from Nocellara Olives  - Very low Acidity, Beautiful bright green color.

BR Cohn Chocolate Cabernet Sauce. This Chocolate Cabernet Sauce is a velvety swirl of melted chocolate and Cabernet Sauvignon. This deep, dark chocolate sauce has a bit of a kick at 4.8% alcohol. Serving Suggestions: 
Drizzle over ice cream, sliced strawberries, fruits, cheesecakes, poundcakes or coffee.  

BR Cohn 25-year Aged Balsamic Vinegar. Truly something special.

BR Cohn White Balsamic Vinegar.  A premium white Balsamic Vinegar of Modena that begins with the juice of the Trebbiano grape, is simmered in copper pots, aged and then finished in light oak barrels. The result is a 12-year-old aged White Balsamic that is light, fruity and zesty on the palate. 

O & Co's Purple Basil Vinegar.  The tender purple basil leaves blended with the soft flavors of a savory white wine give this French vinegar its warm aromas and delicately peppery notes that will liven up your salads and crudités. Uses: salads, vegetables, marinades, chicken, fruit.

Kenny's Farmhouse Cheese. Horseradish Cheddar, Blue Gouda,  Smoked Gouda &  Asiago Peppercorn. 



Hard to find items:  

Guanciale:
From Salumi Artisan Meats in Seattle.  Guanciale is traditionally used in dishes like Pasta all'amatriciana and spaghetti alla carbonara. It is a delicacy of Central Italy, particularly Umbria and Lazio.

Fruit Mostarda:
   Mostarda is derived from a very old country Christmas recipe. 17th century rural families prepared a special flour, mustard, vinegar, candied fruit and wine must dressing (wine must is how the recipe adopted the name mostarda). Lazzaris Fruit Mostarda is produced using a variety of whole fruits. Dipped in sugar and glucose syrup and pure mustard oil, its characteristic taste allows it to be enjoyed on its own; as an excellent dessert; as well as being a first-class accompaniment to a number of vegetable, grilled meat or game dishes.

From Alba, Italy's white truffle capitol, this white-truffle-flavored extra virgin olive oil is both aromatic and finely balanced. Each bottle contains actual pieces of white truffle. Due Vittorie Balsamic Vinegar
In the rich, alluvial soil of Lambrusco di Sorbara in Soliera Italy, just outside of Modena in the Emilia Romagna region, the Maletti family has been producing quality traditional balsamic vinegar (aceto balsamico tradizionale) for generations.  The six year vinegar has an extraordinary density, aroma and depth of flavor with a clean delicate finish. Maletti balsamic vinegar is superb on a wide range of dishes, from fresh strawberries to salad greens topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings to most any meat dish. Imported from Italy. 250 ml. bottle.

Campari Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Aged 15 Years

Olio Verde Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Region: Castelvetrano, Sicily.   Olives Varieties: Nocellara di Belice and Bianco Lilla.   Medium green but dense hue,  intense full flavor. Redolent of fresh-cut grass with a fresh green olive vivacity
