A few simple high quality ingredients are the keys to a wonderful meal.  Razzle Dazzle is not found in the Italian kitchen. 

Our focus is handcrafting all natural fresh pasta and ravioli. 

We complement our pasta with homemade sauces, wonderful pantry items & sweet confections to make your experience deliciously effortless.

OLIVE OIL:  Sicilian, Tuscano, Ligurian, Piemonte, California's McEVOY (Read below), lemon, white & black truffle, basil infused, garlic flavored, organic varieties and many more. 

TOMATOES:  La Valle, Cento, Rosa, Pomi, Flora, Muir Glen, Titinos, San Marzano DOP and more, including canned cherry tomatoes and Passata.

VINEGAR:   Regular and white balsamic, aged balsamic, vincotto, fig, lemon, rasberry, balsamic glaze and more. 

CONDIMENTO:  Dipping herbs for olive oil, Italian tuna, capponata, bruschetta, Sicilian anchovies, oil cured olives, mixed olives, homemade butters, artichoke hearts, red & yellow roasted peppers, lupini beans, cannellini beans, garbonzo beans, dried cannellini beans, dried porcini mushrooms, capers, Fleur De Sal De Guerande, Italian sea salt, black Hawaiian sea salt, grey salt, somked salt, pine nuts and much more.

We also Carry Whole 7-8 inch Madagascar Vanilla Beans!!

BAKED & DRY GOODS:  Fresh Bread from Silke's Bakery and confections from Tutto Bene Bakery including Biscotti (traditional anise, lemon poppy seed, latte, cappuccino, chocolate roasted alomond & white chocolate cranberry), Tiramisu and Chocolate Creme Brulee.  Housemade Sicilian lemon tarts & cannoli.  Authentic German Apple (Apfel) Strudel.  Amaretti cookies, spanish cocoa almonds, locally made english toffee & brittle, Italian Campagnole treats. 

CRACKERS & CROSTINI: Taralles from Racioppi's out of Jersey, tarralini, bruschetta slices, Crostini, breadsticks, pizelle, mini-toasts, flatbreads, pan ducale, panzanella and more. 

DRIED PASTA/GRAINS:  Croxetti, strozzapreti, bucatini, acini di pepe, analini, organic whole wheat fusilli & angel hair, Tri-colored penne and many more.  Fregola, arborio & carnaroli rice.

Our Shop is take-out only.  We are not a restaurant -  Due to our limited space and lack of a public restroom we do not serve sit-down lunches and sandwiches.
