We currently manufacturer small batch pasta specifically designed for Vegetarian Diets. Our Vegan Pasta is made without egg and subsitutes extra virgin olive oil to add additional richness and flavor.
Availability: Please order your pasta 24 hours in advance as we will not stock Vegan Pasta regularly. Contact us at 615.291.9922 and we will be happy to prepare your pasta. All Pasta is made with 100% pure semolina flour, water and olive oil. Always handmade and always fresh.

Cooking Instructions: All orders include a convenient post-card size reference guide. This card includes preparations instructions, simple fresh pasta sauce recipes, and helpful kitchen tips on handling and using fresh pasta and ravioli.
Storing and Using: All pasta is made fresh and should be prepared within 3 days IF COOKED FRESH. It can be frozen. If cooked frozen, use within 30 days.
Serving Suggestion: Typically, 4-6 ounces of uncooked pasta per person. Once cooked. a 1 pound box will typically serve 3-4, depending on garnish and sauce, additional sides and, of course, appetite.
